You might want to test both out for a week or so...That will give it time to see how they smell on you. The blu is much more chic and sophisticated. All bvlgari scents are...but happy has been used for 10 years now. It's pretty common and recognizable.
i like the clinique better - they make a designer imposter version of it at wal-mart for under $5
i like clinique happy. most of the perfumes that you find are usually good - the only cheap ones are the ones that smell horrible. victorias secret heavenly and pink are good. hope this helps!
