Usually a little bit above minimum wage, plus a small commision and a tiny bonus for every customer you get to open a charge account. You do get some pretty cool free product though!Working for Mac, Clinique, Benefit, Lancome?
MAC pays the best... full and part time employees make $13+ an hour. I was working freelance for them making $15. I also worked at Clinique (about 5 years ago) and they were paying me $9. I think that cosmetics is definately the way to go when working retail because they pay the best! Report Abuse
