I am going to be having a phone interview with one of these companies. Has anyone had one before that could give me some pointers. Or work with someone who has. Thank youClinique Esta Lauder interview help?
I work for Lancome, so our interviews were slightly different. i know with Clinique and Estee though that they really want to make sure you are customer oriented and can work well with others. They'll probably ask you some odd questions like what are you most passionate about and Are you a good friend. Just be yourself and friendly. It's a fun job so good luck!!
