I haven't heard of Clinique, but I tried Proactiv and it didn't do anything.





I recommend that you see a dermatologist about it- get some presecription acne stuff because it's the only thing that works for me(well it works but it takes a long time).Is clinique or proactiv better?

Try AcneFree....it's probably cheaper than the two u mentioned and works great. I've been using it for a long time now, and my face is clear....no complaints here.
proactiv burned my skin [but its fine now] so i suggest u dont use it if u have sensitive skin. clinique? ummm i use noxema. its really good and keeps ur skin feeling soooo freshh
Dont get clinque I have tried it, it doesnt do anything. Proactiv didnt work for me either and it works for very little people. Their refining mask is amazing though. I would get proactiv and try it and if you arent satisfied with it then use the refining mask it works great!

Proactiv worked the best for me and it is not as expensive as some other products.
I know a lot of people who have tried proactiv and it didn't work for them... If you're acne is mild, then proactiv might help, like it did for Jessica and P.Diddy. You might give it a shot, they usually have a 100% money back guarantee policy within a certain time period, so I would DEFINITELY keep your receipts and what not (basically, plan on returning it, just in case). Urgghh... Hun u should choose a foundation which is better for ur face. But go w/ the Clinique. Liguid Foundation is more terrible than nearly anything.
MAC is really bad for ur skin and really thick! i would deffinetly use clinque!

Clinique would probably be better against acne prone skin. It's oil free and much lighter. Estee Lauder and Lancome tend to be very heavy in the makeup foundation section. Clinique hands down. I use it every night and my skin is so clear.
Try herbalife bar soap or there 3- 2-1 formula. its all natural and it works.

Honestly, when I sometimes use the clarifying lotion I get the same effect. But the reason for that is because I sometimes have dry skin. If your skin is dry, the cleanser only irritates your skin.


If you don't have dry skin and if you use it 2 more times and the same happens, don't bother keeping it and return it.

has anyone used this? im currently using MAC Studio Fix and it makes me super super oily!!! even if i use the Blot powder stuff throughout the day! :( and im looking for something oil free.. i dont really like loose powders like Bare Minerals theyre too messy... and i want a press powder i can use all over as foundation

hey! i use clinique and it works great.. I hear MAC uses beeswax in their foundation formula, which will cause breakouts.. don't know about the oily skin and if the beeswax would have anything to do with it. But I use City Base compact foundation. And i apply the perfectly real compact makeup over it for a nice smooth finish. i dont break out with this stuff which is why i loooove it.

I'm not really sure how well it deals with keep your skin from getting shiny but my roommate loves the stuff! she said she had really bad acne from her makeup before she started using it and this stuff doesn't make her break out cause it's not supposed to clog pores. Plus it gives her good coverage! if you ever find something that deals with oily skin, LET ME KNOW!
that clinique powder is amazing! i use it and i love it! i have small scars from acne i used to have and this stuff covers it up perfectly. my face also always has a natural oily shine even if i'm not sweating, and the oil free pressed powder keeps my looking fresh and shine free =)

Hi my advice is more into the use of all products in general.Acne means too much oil.Your skin can use any brand of product provided it does not add moisture but makes your skin less oily.Clinique is pricy.You can try if your pocket runs dry though equally good are Sebamed or natural stuff like Aloe Vera and tea tree.I just ask of you never to sleep with make up on.Never use many concealers on acne.But start using anti acne gels and masks.Clay works best.It dries up the excess oil and you feel asatiny touch after a rinse.I clear azit real fast.Vit A C and E complements your skin as asupplement.To clear acne avoid constipation,by taking yogurt drinks with bio cultures.Speeds up bowel movement.And clears the colon.THat contributes to flawless skin as well.

My wife use papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream for acne scars, pigmentation, and blemishes. These products made my wife鈥檚 skin even tone and smooth as if 10 yrs ago (we're both 44). I'm thinking about buying the complete, three-step Clinique Acne Solutions system but I just wanted to know how well it works before I spend a lot of money on it. mineral powder foundation is the best for your skin and your acne and don't worry about the brand label. You must try different testers before you get one that suits your skin tone perfectly. Don't forget clinique is another company for Estee Lauder and don't get sucked in by gimicks. Read ';Don't go to the Beauty counter without me'; book it is fascinating to read, and gives you good unbiased advise about which brands to buy and stay clear of.

So i used a sample of this stuff and it is awesome! my eyes aren't puffy looking or as dark. the price tag for this stuff is 27.50 though and i don't want to splurge on something that i am porbably going to use every once in awhile. does anyone know of any cheaper ideas? Very simple ways for less puffy, freshened eyes is to put a cold rag, frozen peas, or ice on them in the morning. It's sure to work, maybe not as well as the cream but it's enough to notice a significant difference.

I mean, I walk into a specialized beauty store, where they sell all these expensive brands but unless a sales person tells me the price of each product, I am unable to figure out the prices of the make-ups on my own. Not only to not give you a heart attack but also if you had to ask a sales person, a good store manager would have sales people that would make you give up your arm and leg so that you would buy their product. The result: you would have to wash your face with the arm you have left and bounce over to the towel they made you buy.


Marketing is Evil.
They're not price tagged so you won't look at the price first and die of a heart attack. What you can do is look around on the internet to see what products are the ones you want to see if the price appears in a page.

You might want to test both out for a week or so...That will give it time to see how they smell on you. The blu is much more chic and sophisticated. All bvlgari scents are...but happy has been used for 10 years now. It's pretty common and recognizable.
i like the clinique better - they make a designer imposter version of it at wal-mart for under $5
i like clinique happy. most of the perfumes that you find are usually good - the only cheap ones are the ones that smell horrible. victorias secret heavenly and pink are good. hope this helps!

I don't think you have to be licensed, but you do have to work at a department store for a while before they will put you at any makeup counter. Unless you already have experience in beauty products. Once you show your great sales skills at other departments, you can talk to the manager at Clinique (which is owned by Estee Lauder and also Origins -same parent company.)
